Mobile Notary Services
Mobile Notary
General notarizations performed at your home, office, hospital, care facility, or another agreed location. Travel and additional service fees may apply.
Mobile Loan Signing
Professional buyer, seller, refinance, HELOC, reverse-mortgage, and other loan-package signing services at an approved location.
Remote Online Services
Remote Online Notary
Eligible documents notarized through a secure live audio-video session with identity verification and electronic notarization.
Remote Real Estate Closing
Secure online buyer or seller closing session, subject to lender, title-company, receiving-party, and state-law approval.
How Payment Works
Request an appointment and provide your service details.
After your request is reviewed, you will receive final pricing and a secure Stripe invoice.
Remote customers will receive a separate secure signing-platform invitation after approval and payment.
Please do not submit payment until your appointment and service requirements have been confirmed.

Your final total depends on the service location, mileage, number of notarial acts, number of signers, witnesses, printing, scanbacks, shipping, technology, after-hours service, and loan-signing requirements.
All appointments and final prices are reviewed before confirmation.
Mobile Notary

Includes one Florida notarial act and the mobile/on-site service fee.
First notarial act: $10
Mobile/on-site service fee: $30
Additional notarial acts: $10 each
Mileage and requested document services are additional.
Final pricing is confirmed after the service address and document requirements are reviewed.
Remote Online Notarization
Starting at $44
Includes one Florida online notarial act, identity verification, technology, and service fees.
Online notarial act: $25
Technology, identity-verification, and service fee: $19

Mobile Loan Signing

Mobile buyer, seller, refinance, HELOC, reverse-mortgage, and other approved loan-signing assignments.
Pricing depends on the document package, travel distance, printing, scanbacks, shipping, signer count, appointment time, and hiring-party instructions.
A written quote will be provided before the appointment is confirmed.
Remote Real Estate Closing
Starting at $150
Remote buyer or seller closing session for one real estate transaction.
Includes identity verification, guided signing, electronic notarization of eligible documents, and return of the completed package as instructed.
Title-company or lender approval is required.
Additional signers, witnesses, extended sessions, document corrections, printing, or shipping may cost extra.
Additional Services
Mileage: $0.75 per round-trip mile.
Witness service: $40 per witness.
Printing, scanbacks, shipping, and document delivery: Quoted before confirmation.
After-hours, urgent, hospital, facility, or extended appointments: Additional fees may apply.
